iDryclean is designed to help users manage their dry cleaners and laundries.

You can cancel at anytime

You have the right to cancel your service with us at anytime.
Any unused amounts in your quarterly billing will be refunded to you upon us receiving your request to terminate. Send requests to support@iDryclean.com.

We can cancel at anytime

We have the right to cancel your service with us at anytime.
We will send an email to you with notice of 30 days until your account will be closed. It will be your responsibility to download all of your critical data before the 30 days is up. There will be no backup of your data provided by us.
    Reasons for us to cancel your account are (but not limited to):
        1. Non payment of amounts due.
        2. Violation of our support policies.
        3. Repeated notice to our support of "System Down" YES when system is not down.
        4. Abuse of service by overloading our system.
        5. Data file too large.
        6. iDryclean is intended for one physical store location per account.

Limitations of Use

By accepting our terms of use, you agree on behalf of yourself, and your recipients not to (i)modify, prepare derivative works, or reverse engineer our product. (ii)knowingly or neglegently use our services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks, user accounts, or the services; (iii)overload our system with excessive data download, (iv)use the Service in violation of applicable laws, or regulations.

Proprietary Rights and Marks

You acknowledge that we retain all proprietary right, title, and interest in the Service, our name, logo or other marks(together, the 'iDryclean'), and any related intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, all modifications, enhancements, derivative works and upgrades thereto. You agree that you will not use or register any trademark, service marks, business name, domain name or social medial account name or handle with incorporates in whole or in part the iDryclean Marks or is similar to any of these.

User-Generated Content

The Service may contain information or other materials provided by you that are saved in a database. We take no responsibility for and we do not expressly or implicitly endorse any of your selections. They are fully at your choice, discretion, and responsibility. Backup of your data is recommended by you to safeguard the data.

Fees and Payments

iDryclean provides the saving of a limited amount of data for a limited amount of time and delivered to a limited number of transactions. Users can access this data with reasonable bandwidth use. Reasonable bandwidth is what a normal drycleaner would use.

Texting Charges

Any charges incurred by your texting and data plan are the sole responsibility of you, the user, and recipients you select.

Promotional Offers

Name, phone, and recipient information is never shared with 3rd parties or anyone outside the iDryclean organization and its affiliates. You may receive promotional offers from 3rd parties at the end of texts that we feel are valuable to our customers and users.

Technical Support

iDryclean provides technical support at no additional charge to its VIC (Very Import Cleaners) subscribors. This service is available during the business hours of Personal Touch Systems, Inc. If a customers system is not able to process orders, i.e.; their system is "down", the customer may be elegible for non-business hours support. Support is given on a first come first serve basis. If a system is down, that customer may jump to the head of the support queue so we can get them back working as fast as possible. If customer states their system is "down", when in fact they are able to process orders, they will be warned of a violation of our terms of service. This is necessary to make the support flow to best help customers who need it most. Of course, all support calls are important and replied too as quickly as possible, but multiple incidents of "down missuse" may result in cancellation of their account. 30 days notice will be provided in such cases.

Right to Limit and Terminate

iDryclean is intended for one physical store location per iDryclean account. iDryclean reserves the right to limit the number of transactions saved based on its network load. Normal use of iDryclean is what 1 store would normally use. Should the users count exceed those normal use limits, iDryclean may limit future data from being saved to avoid overloading its network. Data overload would be determental to other users and will be necessary should users abuse the limits. If you fail, or iDryclean suspects on reasonable grounds that you have failed, to comply with any provisions of this Agreement, iDryclean may, without notice to you: (i)terminate this Agreement; and/or (ii)terminate your access to the iDryclean services; (iii)Limit the data saved.

Data Retention

iDryclean users name and phone, as well as recipients selected by the user are stored in our databases. Users stored memories will be deleted at the end of the storage period. You will be given an opportunity to retain your memories. If an account is cancelled, we reserve the right to delete saved information with no restore option.

Governing Law and Jurisdictino

These terms of service are governed by the laws of Nevada, and the United States of America and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of this State.

Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT iDryclean, ITS CREATORS, AND ITS ASSIGNS, COMPANY, AND/OR EMPLOYEES, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF LIFE, PROFITS, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARRISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE iDryclean SERVICE, EVEN IF iDryclean ITS ASSIGNS, COMPANY, AND/OR EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL iDryclean'S ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TOWARD SUCH SERVICE.
